Does EximFinder guarantee orders or sales?
No. EximFinder provides marketplace visibility, discovery, data and lead-access tools. Business outcomes depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.
Are all companies verified?
Verification badges or approval statuses reflect the checks performed for the relevant record and should not be treated as an absolute guarantee of creditworthiness, quality or future performance.
How are buyer leads published?
Leads may be submitted through website forms, added or verified by staff, imported from permitted sources or generated through campaigns. Admin approval can be used before public publication.
Can I request a refund?
Eligible refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, requests must be made within four calendar days of payment and before service activation, whichever occurs first.
