1. Platform role
EximFinder operates as a business discovery and B2B facilitation platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EximFinder is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, importer, exporter, logistics provider or payment guarantor in transactions between users.
2. Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and ensure that content, products, services and communications submitted through their account are lawful and authorised.
3. Listings and moderation
EximFinder may review, edit for presentation, reject, suspend, restrict or remove content or accounts to protect platform quality, users, legal compliance or security.
4. Membership and paid services
Plan features, validity, lead limits, data limits, advertising deliverables and other entitlements are those stated on the order, proposal, invoice or current plan description at the time of purchase.
5. No guaranteed business outcome
Marketplace visibility, enquiries, leads, data access, advertising and digital services do not guarantee orders, revenue, rankings, conversions or any specific commercial result unless a written contract expressly states otherwise.
6. User-to-user transactions
Users are responsible for their own due diligence, product quality checks, contracts, taxes, licences, payment terms, shipping, insurance and regulatory compliance when dealing with another business.
7. Prohibited use
Users may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, malicious or unauthorised content; scrape or misuse restricted data; interfere with platform security; or use EximFinder for spam or illegal activity.
8. Intellectual property
Platform design, branding, software and original content belong to their respective owners. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit while granting EximFinder the permission reasonably required to host, display, index and promote that content for platform operation.
9. Availability and changes
Features may be updated, improved, suspended or replaced. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, consequential or business losses is excluded. Any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court having lawful jurisdiction, unless another binding dispute process applies.
This policy is intended to provide clear platform terms and should be read together with any applicable proposal, invoice, order form and mandatory law. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
